Janet Bromley Anyone who has been made aware of cases where death has been caused through the use of prone restraint surely must ask the question 'how can this be acceptable practice in Health and Social Care settings in the 21st Century?' I whole heartedly support the charter in its campaign to ban 'prone restraint'.
